Dinner across the lake
If we had one evening on Lake Garda, this is how we would spend it. A classic Riva collects you at the small harbor of Gargnano in the late afternoon, a bottle of Franciacorta already on ice, and crosses the lake to Punta San Vigilio, a quiet headland of cypresses and old stone on the eastern shore. Dinner by the water, then back across the lake in the dark, the lights of the western shore growing closer.
